The Mt. Prospect Tract is ideal for recreation and timber production. It starts out skinny at 66 feet and widens out to 3 high ridges divided by hardwoods. A small pond can be enhanced for fishing or waterfowl. A nice stream in the back has mature upland hardwoods with a bounty of acorns for big game. The good road system enters the property on the north thru timber company lands. This road has been used historically for decades. There is also a strip of land from Mt.
