This is a very unique property. The property actually includes the Little River and its banks along with a full sized dam built in the early 20's for the purpose of generating power for the old North State Cotton Mill . The old power house building for containing the generator and operations of the power station also still stands on the property. The setting is actually very scenic and natural as the Little River flows over the dam and follows the rocky banks of the river.
